Before you commission a branded game, find out what it should actually do, and what it's worth.

A two-week paid sprint that delivers a scoped concept, a deployment plan, a target metric, and a fixed price for the build. If you go ahead, the sprint cost is fully credited.

What you get

By the end of two weeks you have, in writing:

  1. A scoped concept. What the game or installation actually is, who plays it, where it lives, what success looks like.
  2. A deployment plan. Platform, hardware, network, where it lives, who maintains it.
  3. A target metric. The one number that decides whether this paid off. Plays per day, dwell time, redemptions, scans, emails captured. Not “engagement.”
  4. A value estimate. What hitting that metric is worth to your business, in the same currency your P&L is written in.
  5. A fixed price for the build. Not a range, not a “we'll see.” A real number you can take to your CFO.

You leave the Sprint either knowing what to commission, or knowing why not to. Both outcomes are worth the fee.

Why it costs money

Because the diagnosis is the work. Most branded games fail before a line of code is written: wrong outcome, wrong venue, wrong reward loop, no measurement plan. By the time you're choosing pixels, the expensive decisions are already made.

The Sprint is where I get those decisions right with you, before anyone is locked into a six-figure build. If you go ahead with me, the €2,800 is fully credited toward the build price. If you don't, you still leave with a brief any other studio can quote against, and you'll know, before they do, why most of their proposals are going to be wrong.

How it works

Week 1. Diagnose.

A working session (in person if you're on the Croatian coast, video otherwise), a venue walk-through if relevant, and structured interviews around five questions: what should a visitor do, how will you measure it, where will it run, what's the reward loop, what's success worth.

Week 2. Specify.

I deliver the document above. We meet to walk it through. You leave with a clear yes or no on whether to commission the build, and at what price.
