Three ways to work with me.

Most projects start with a Discovery Sprint, then move to a build once we both know what it should do and what it's worth. Prices below are real. The build is the one number I quote after the Sprint, never before, because that is when we actually know the scope.

Discovery Sprint

€2,800

One-time. Fully credited toward the build if you go ahead.

Start here if you're weighing a build and want to know whether it will pay off before you commit.

  • Two weeks, structured around what the visitor should do and what that's worth.
  • A scoped concept, deployment plan, and target metric, in writing.
  • A value estimate and a fixed price for the build.
  • You leave knowing what to commission, or why not to.

Branded Build + 90-Day Care Package

Quoted after Discovery

Fixed price, agreed before any code is written. No surprises.

The build itself, delivered to your venue and supported through launch.

  • Unity build, or WebAR where it fits the goal better.
  • Deployment to your venue, kiosk, or custom hardware.
  • 90-day reliability guarantee: if it doesn't run reliably in your venue for 90 days, I fix it on me.
  • Optional 90-Day Care Package (€1,800 to €2,400): monitoring, one minor update, reactive maintenance, and a full handover document.

Build + 12-Month Reliability Retainer

Build + €2,200/mo

12-month term, on top of the build price.

For venues running ongoing campaigns or multi-site installations that have to stay live.

  • Everything in the Branded Build.
  • Monthly monitoring and maintenance.
  • Quarterly content refreshes.
  • An uptime commitment, so the thing you paid for keeps running.

Why a Sprint comes first

Most branded games fail before a line of code is written: wrong outcome, wrong venue, no measurement plan. The Sprint is where we get those decisions right, so the build price maps to real value instead of guesswork. If you go ahead, the €2,800 comes off the build, so the diagnosis costs you nothing in the end.

The 90-day reliability guarantee is the part competitors can't copy. I installed the networks, POS systems, and cameras that keep resort restaurants running before I built games for them, so I know what it takes to survive a public venue. If it doesn't hold up in yours for 90 days, I fix it on me.

Not sure which fits? Start with a Sprint, or just ask.
